HIGH-PERFORMANCE CT TYPE SOLID FUEL HEATING BOILER 500kW
CT model heating boilers for hot water production are designed and manufactured to utilize all types and forms of wood waste.
The generator is designed and built to operate in accordance with the standards 02-1997 N.22, intended for energy recovery from raw and processed wood waste, including:
SAWING WASTE, MEDIUM-DENSITY FIBER PANELS, LAMINATED PANELS, AND PVC SCRAPS, ETC.
The boiler is also capable of operating with liquid or gaseous fuel.
The boiler structure is entirely made of sheet steel, with a large water-cooled combustion chamber fully lined with high-quality refractory material, allowing complete combustion with very low pollutant emissions.
The boiler is equipped with doors for manual loading and regular maintenance.
The thermal generator consists of three horizontal passes with flue tubes submerged in water and tube bundles at the ends. The smoke compartments are equipped with access doors.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HEATING BOILER
This is a state-of-the-art hot water generator with three efficient smoke passes, and its dimensions comply with I.S.P.E.S.L. standards.
The generator is a monoblock with flue ducts and equipped with all necessary accessories for automatic operation according to current regulations.
It contains a large volume of water and has appropriate thermal inertia.
H2O GENERATOR WITH SMOKE TUBES – TYPE CT
Our CT-type hot water boilers are designed to recover the heat content of flue gases from the heat distribution system.
The thermo-aero-fluid characteristics of these generators have been studied to ensure maximum reliability and higher productivity at every load level.
The large combustion chamber size ensures sufficient gas retention at high temperatures, thus enabling complete combustion.
The convective tube structure with horizontally operating smoke towers prevents ash deposits on heat exchanger surfaces.
Ash is collected in an expansion chamber located beneath the tubes, where a mechanism for automatic ash removal can be installed upon request.
The materials used in the boiler's construction are high-quality steel with precision welding.
All construction phases are inspected by our internal control system. These features ensure high performance in both responsiveness and operation, and guarantee continuous and durable operation even under intense loads.
